How long does delivery usually take?
We pride ourselves on efficient turnaround times, however actual delivery and installation timing depends on material choice and job scope. As noted, we maintain large slab inventories and aim for rapid installation once fabrication is complete. For typical residential countertop work, you can expect delivery and installation to follow fabricating once your design and measurements are finalized.
How can I make a payment?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. According to the BBB profile, major credit cards, cash and checks are accepted. Payment terms typically include the agreed contract deposit and final payment upon installation completion.
Do you offer refunds or revisions?
Our installations are backed by quality guarantee: we offer a one-year warranty on installation workmanship and limited lifetime warranty on materials.
