Job Title: Business Manager

Job Location: Allentown, PA

Job Duties: Plan and manage business operations of the remodeling company; direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency; direct administrative activities directly related to company’s remodeling services; perform sales floor work including assisting customers and taking inventory; establish and implement sales policies and objectives for the company’s remodeling services; plan showroom layouts and design displays for granite and marble products.

Requirements: Position requires High School/GED Diploma or foreign equivalent.

Position also requires at least 12 months of training in Business or Management and at least 12 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of Assistant Manager. The required experience must have been gained in a company doing business in a service-based industry.
